All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

The wigs came VERY quickly and the HD lace is HD lacing I’m so in love with them the only thing I would say I wasn’t too fond of was the color of the 613 hair it was a little more orange compared to regular 613 hair and the short hairs in the root part but it IS human hair and it dyes and tones very well!!! I will update y’all with pictures of my wigs!!

I loved this wig. It bleaches well and the hair is easy to work with and braid.
